Doris Jeanese “Sam” Charleston, age 79, was born on July 28, 1947, to Wilbur E. Hall and Leona Sandel. She graduated from Cowden High School, worked as a Realtor before retiring, and was a member of Ascension Lutheran Church.

Sam’s family includes her husband, Steven Lane Charleston; her children, Johnny Lee Rhodes, Michael Rhodes, and Jolene Hall; and her brother, John Hall.

She will be lovingly remembered and deeply missed by her family and all who knew her.
